The width can be measured at the widest point of the RV, typically at the mirrors. Once you have these measurements, you can use them to determine the size of storage space needed to accommodate the RV.
Vehicle Storage:
To measure a vehicle for storage, you will need to determine the length and width of the vehicle. The length can be measured from the front of the vehicle to the back, including any attachments such as a hitch or a bike rack. The width can be measured at the widest point of the vehicle, typically at the mirrors or the side view mirrors. Once you have these measurements, you can use them to determine the size of storage space needed to accommodate the vehicle. It’s also important to consider any additional items on the vehicle, such as a bike rack, roof box, or luggage carrier.
Trailer Storage:
To measure a trailer for storage, you will need to determine the length and width of the trailer. The width can be measured at the widest point of the trailer, typically at the side walls or fenders.
